Position Summary 

The Program Supervisor supervises and ensures a consistent quality program for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities under the oversight of the Program Director. This position is responsible for day-to-day floor management and ensuring a high standard of care for Cortney’s Place members. Ablilty to engage and interface with others is a must.  

 

Duties 
-Day-to-day floor management, including direct oversight of care team 

-Orientation and training for all DSPs (Directr Support Professionals) 

-Rotation in ratio as needed 

-Implementation of program curriculum and calendar 

-Attention to vehicle fleet maintenance  

-Administrative tasks including, but not limited to, individual documentation, daily program documentation, and member timesheets 

 

Qualifications

 

Qualifications 

-High School Diploma or GED required 

-Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (2+ years) 

-Experience managing care teams, preferably direct support professionals (1+ years) 

-Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

-CPR & First Aid Certification 

-Article 9 Certification 

-Preventing Abuse. Neglect, and Exploitation Certification
