Job Summary
The Individual Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and administering the programs of the 100 Club of Arizona. This role involves coordinating assistance, outreach efforts, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure program objectives are met in alignment with organizational guidelines. The Individual Program Manager plays a key role in advancing the mission of supporting public safety across the state of Arizona. This position reports directly to the Program Director.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execution of PEER 100 Assistance requests
- Establish and maintain relationships with wellness and mental health providers; evaluate resources to ensure quality and appropriateness
- Serve as a resource and referral advocate for officers, firefighters, their families, and all other Arizona law enforcement and fire agencies
- Provide support in the development of agendas, reports, and presentations related to assigned programs
- Attend Quarterly Programs Committee and Quarterly Arizona Peer Support Association meetings
- Deliver presentations on 100 Club programs, including mental health and wellness initiatives, to large audiences
- Coordinate measurement tools for assigned programs
- Engage public safety agencies on awareness of resources, programs and wellness training opportunities, and resourcing needs to the 100 Club
- High level communication that is clear, effective, and timely with peer support representatives
- Assist with individual invoices; specifically, discrepancies and communication with providers
- Assist with efforts of executing annual First Responder Wellness Conference
- Assist with the coordination of onsite Recharge and Wellness Rooms
- Assist with all other 100 Club activities and duties as assigned
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4 years’ experience as a project or program manager
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, social services, business or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of, and previous experience with, public safety, social services, and/or mental health
- Management skills and knowledge of general office policies, procedures, and reporting
- High level of sensitivity and confidentiality required
- Experience with Blackbaud, Submittable, and Omatic preferred
- Knowledge of basic research methods for Bullet Proof and Fire Proof App resource vetting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and advanced time management skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Team player, works well in a small team environment
