WHY VOLUNTEER AS A Recruiting Coordinator?

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with posting open positions on job boards and platforms.

● Help coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

● Communicate with candidates at various stages of the process.

● Support reference check coordination.

● Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

 

Time Commitment: 

Flexible — ideally 10 hours per week during regular business hours of 9:00am-5:00pm

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Minimum age is 21 years old

First Aid Certification 

Energetic, physically active, and excited to engage with kids in outdoor activities.

Quick on your feet with strong observation and decision-making skills.

● Dependable, with a passion for showing up and making a difference every week.

● Willingness to abide by ICAN rules

● An enthusiastic and engaging attitude with strong communication skills
