We’re looking for an ambitious, people-driven B2B Sales Representative to represent our company directly to business owners and decision-makers—face-to-face, in the field. This role isn’t just about making sales; it’s about making connections, building trust, and planting the seeds for long-term partnerships.
You’ll be introducing companies to who we are, what we do, and how we can help improve their business through cutting-edge IT services, cybersecurity, and process-driven technology solutions.
This is a growth-track position. As you demonstrate leadership, results, and a deep understanding of our mission, you’ll have the opportunity to step into a management role—building your own team, refining sales and outreach processes, and collaborating with leadership to shape the future of how we expand.
What You'll Do:

Go door-to-door introducing our company and services to local businesses.

Build relationships with decision-makers and uncover business pain points we can solve.

Represent our values: security, integrity, and efficiency.

Identify opportunities for scalable solutions using technology and process improvements.

Collaborate closely with our technical teams to deliver real value.

Earn commission on closed deals in addition to your hourly rate—commission is structured as a percentage of the contract value, with no cap.

Grow into a managerial role, helping us develop outreach processes and train new team members.
Compensation:

$36,000 to $40,000 per year

Commission on closed deals, paid as a percentage of the total contract value.

Qualifications
Education & Knowledge:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. (Nice to have but not required)

Basic understanding of technology, IT services, or cybersecurity concepts is a plus (but not required—training provided).

Comfortable with using modern software tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, cloud-based platforms).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – can hold a confident conversation with business owners and decision-makers.

Strong presentation skills – able to introduce ideas clearly and persuasively in-person.

Naturally curious and eager to learn, especially about technology and business operations.

Self-motivated and goal-driven – doesn't need hand-holding to stay productive.

Comfortable handling rejection and bouncing back with resilience.

Professionalism – shows up on time, dressed appropriately, and represents your brand well.
