Michelle Gendron

Michelle Gendron has dedicated over two decades to advancing life-saving medical technologies for patients around the globe. She has held diverse leadership roles spanning Engineering, New Product Development, Regulatory Affairs and Digital Transformation. A passionate advocate for the power of strategy and optimism, Michelle believes that empowered, talented individuals—working collaboratively toward a shared mission—can solve the most complex challenges.
Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Arizona State University. A longtime resident of Northern Arizona, she enjoys exploring the mountains with her family and is deeply committed to her community. She serves on the boards of the Arizona Community Foundation of Flagstaff and the Boys and Girls Club of Flagstaff.
