Andre Whittington

Andre T. Whittington is a visionary executive, U.S. Army Veteran, and award-winning strategist driving inclusive economic growth across Arizona. Over the past five years, he has facilitated more than $25 million in capital to underserved communities — a body of work spanning both prior and current leadership roles. As Executive Director of Growth Partners Arizona and Co-Chair of the Arizona CDFI Network, Andre has led the development of statewide financial education platforms, pioneered equity-centered lending models and expanded access to opportunity through bold, systems-level innovations. Appointed by Governor Katie Hobbs to the Boards of the Arizona Industrial Development Authority, Arizona Finance Authority and the Greater Arizona Development Authority, he is widely regarded as a transformational leader shaping the future of economic mobility and capital access.
